This is a class geared towards beginners that are new to voiceover. We are looking for people that have not taken many or many voiceover classes with us at the Voiceover Lab. This class its for actors that are new to voiceover or have been out of the voiceover business for awhile. This class is a good way to reconnect to the genre and learn some new things about voiceover.
In this class we will research brands, decipher the specs, analyze copy, read the copy, work on taking direction and integrating that direction into your reads.
Read the REQUIREMENTS for important details.

REQUIREMENTS
This class is for voiceover beginners that are new to the craft and exploring what it has to offer. Also, it's for those that are returning to voiceover after a hiatus and looking for a supportive space to experiment a bit with voiceover acting.
If you have taken multiple classes with the Voiceover Lab, we encourage you to register for our non-beginner level commercial voiceover classes. We may remove people from the RSVP list, if they are deemed to not meet the criteria explained in the Requirements.
This is a small format class with a maximum capacity of 16 actors. Each actor on the RSVP list will be an active participant.
Be prepared upon arrival for class. We will email commercial copy to those on the RSVP list and those on the Waitlist (in case seats become available) on Thursday, December 5, 2024 between 3:00pm and 5:00pm (PT). The copy distribution time is subject to change.
Those on the Waitlist are not officially seated, but may be seated if someone on the RSVP list cancels. So be prepared, if moved to the RSVP list.
Copy will be provided by the Voiceover Lab.
