SYNOPSIS
This class offers actors hands-on experience voicing video game scripts and having your voiceover performances recorded, while working with voiceover director Trine C. Jensen. Trine has worked on some of the most popular video games titles ever and with her direction, actors will learn new ways to deliver resonant voice performances that capture the essence of a variety of video game characters. Come ready to learn, move, and hear yourself as a character from a game you might know.
INSTRUCTOR BIO
Trine C. Jensen
Trine C Jensen is an experienced, dynamic and value-driven Voice Director, Acting and Movement Coach for global clients in video games and education. Known for transformative storytelling and fostering authentic connections with actors and directors to elicit memorable performances. Most recently she directed voiceover on Rise of the Ronin released on PS5. In her past role as Vice President of Vault 501 she worked on Horizon Zero Dawn, The Frozen Wilds, The Sinking City and Desperados 3, among others. She is an annual guest teacher at The Danish National School of the Performing Arts, and the National Film School of Denmark. She has taught for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, The New World School of The Arts, and the Animations Institute in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Her workshops for actors and directors are focused on voiceover and performance capture in games, which requires fast work on your feet. She is known for approaching character creation from the body. Trine is passionate about guiding artistic visionaries to unlock their greatest creative potential.
