SYNOPSIS

In this hands-on workshop, actors will learn how to use Google Sheets to effectively track their auditions and gain valuable insights into their career progress. You'll create your own personalized audition tracker, learn how to organize key data points (like casting directors, callbacks, and bookings), and use built-in tools to analyze trends over time. Bring your laptop — we'll be building and customizing your sheet together in real time so you leave with a fully functional tracker tailored to your needs.

Program Rules

Please note: There will be on-going construction at 5757 Wilshire for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to give yourself extra time to park and enter the building. Enter and exit the parking structure off of Curson Ave. or Masselin Ave. Depending on the amount of cars you may need to park on the top of the structure.

SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations and The Business programs are open to SAG-AFTRA and AEA members only, unless otherwise specified.

You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA or AEA ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.

Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.

Please bring a pen or pencil.

No food allowed. Water only in a closed container. Note - there are no water fountains on the Penthouse floor.

No audio/video recording permitted.

There are no guests allowed for this program.

Be prepared to stay for the entire 3 hour program. Please do not sign up for a workshop if you will need to leave before the program has ended.

DO NOT BE LATE: late arrivals will be denied admittance. Failure to fulfill an RSVP or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a "No-Show."

***NEW NO-SHOW POLICY***

Two "No-Shows" within two months will result in restriction from attending Small Group Sessions and Computer Classes for three months.

The "No-Show" policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a "No-Show". Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the program – to give you time to cancel.

THE WAITLIST: Please monitor your space on the waitlist. If you are no longer available to attend the session for which you have been waitlisted, please cancel your reservation. Walk-ins are permitted, but walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.
