SYNOPSIS

Actors Access is a tool working actors use to find and book roles—but for many, it can feel confusing or overwhelming at first. In this one-hour interactive class we’ll walk through the essentials: how to build a strong, professional profile, how to submit strategically, and how to handle Eco Cast self-tape requests with clarity and confidence.

Bring your laptop and follow along—we’ll work on your profile together and answer your questions in real time. Whether you’re new to the platform or looking for a refresher, this workshop will give you the tools and insight to navigate Actors Access like a pro.

Program Rules

Please note: There will be on-going construction at 5757 Wilshire for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to give yourself extra time to park and enter the building. Enter and exit the parking structure off of Curson Ave. or Masselin Ave. Depending on the amount of cars you may need to park on the top of the structure.

SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations and The Business programs are open to SAG-AFTRA and only, unless otherwise specified.

You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG-AFTRA (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance. No admittance will be granted without your current card or receipt.

Cancellations must be made by midnight prior to the day of the program.

Please bring a pen or pencil.

No food allowed. Water only in a closed container. Note - there are no water fountains on the Penthouse floor.

No audio/video recording permitted.

There are no guests allowed for this program.

Be prepared to stay for the entire 1 hour program. Please do not sign up for a workshop if you will need to leave before the program has ended.

DO NOT BE LATE: late arrivals will be denied admittance. Failure to fulfill an RSVP or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a "No-Show."

Two "No-Shows" within two months will result in restriction from attending Small Group Sessions and Computer Classes for three months.

The "No-Show" policy does not apply to WAITLISTED reservations – UNLESS you are moved to the RSVP list. If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a "No-Show". Your status will be changed no later than midnight prior to the day of the program – to give you time to cancel.

THE WAITLIST: Please monitor your space on the waitlist. If you are no longer available to attend the session for which you have been waitlisted, please cancel your reservation. Walk-ins are permitted, but walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.
