SYNOPSIS
In this Masterclass, Casting Directors Debby Romano ('Shrinking') & Brett Benner ('Shrinking') will be working with selected actors in a live and observed work session. This will be preceded by a brief conversation on their careers and will be followed by an audience Q&A.

Bio:
Debby Romano is a current Emmy nominee for Season 2 of 'Shrinking' and a 3-time Emmy nominee & Artios Award winning CD for 'Scrubs' With her partner, Brett Benner, they cast many pilots and several long running series including 'Last Man Standing,' 'One Tree Hill' and 'Cougar Town.' One of the most thrilling experiences she has had was casting the pilot/season 1 of THAT ‘70s SHOW as a CD at Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting.
A NJ native, Debby always loved film, TV and theater. She and Brett started their company in 1999 and have continued to cast vitalizing and challenging projects for the last 25 years. She loves that this job is different and full of surprises every single day.
Brett Benner is a current Emmy nominee for Season two of Shrinking and a three time Emmy nominee and Artios Award Winning CD for 'Scrubs.' With his partner Debby Romano they have been fortunate to cast many long running shows including 'Cougar Town,' 'Last Man Standing,' and fan favorite 'One Tree Hill.'
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s school of drama, Benner spends his spare time between his podcast Behind the Stack, where he interviews authors, and trying to stay up to date on all current trends and topics so he can try to understand his college age kids.
