We will touch on the relationship between performers and their agents after they sign: how both sides initiate the working relationship, how to set reasonable expectations in those early days, and how the relationships change over time. Michael Goddard is a founding agent of CGF Talent, a boutique talent agency in New York City. His clients can be seen on Broadway in THE GREAT GATSBY, ALADDIN, DEATH BECOMES HER, HAMILTON and MAYBE HAPPY ENDING, and on TV in “Mid Century Modern,” “Sweet Magnolias," "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds,""Only Murders In The Building” and the upcoming “Boston Blue”. Before he was an agent, Michael was an actor for 16 years performing on Broadway, National Tours, European Tours and Regional Theatre across the country.
Marc Ferré is a theatrical agent in Daniel Hoff Agency’s New York office, where he represents a diverse roster of talent across theatre, television, and film. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, he began his career at Bravo/NBCUniversal in Program Planning & Strategy before joining Creative Artists Agency's TV Alternative department. In 2017, he transitioned to representing actors for stage and screen at The Mine Agency, and in 2021 he brought his roster to Daniel Hoff Agency. Recognized as one of New York’s leading boutique agents, Marc is noted for identifying emerging talent while strategically guiding established artists in an evolving entertainment landscape.
Amy Lord began her professional journey in New York City at the esteemed Noble Talent Agency. In her early twenties, she gained recognition as a pioneering actress in a regional production of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, which led her to Los Angeles for the show’s pilot episode.Her creative career expanded in New York, where she co-wrote and produced two successful shows: Grandma Sylvia's Funeral and The Boychick Affair. As a writer, she also contributed to The Huffington Post, showcasing her unique voice and perspective on the entertainment industry and parenting. Amy transitioned into management while raising her five children and soon realized that she belonged back in the agenting world. Eight years ago Amy was invited to become a part of the family at Eris Talent Agency. Today, Amy is the CEO and Owner of the prestigious Eris Talent Agency, which represents performers in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Mexico, and London. Under her leadership, Eris has grown into a globally recognized agency bridging stage, television, and film. Amy is NY based and is head of the NY Theatrical Division.
Christopher Silveri began his entertainment career casting commercials with Liz Lewis Casting Partners, moved in to representation to head up the Legit Department (Theater, TV, and Film) at Gilla Roos, Ltd. and began his management career as Vice President of Talent Management at Prestige Management Group. After 9+ years, Christopher started his own talent management company in 2017, serving clients on both coasts and in all mediums of the entertainment business.
