- Bring one (1) headshot with resume stapled to reverse for submission
- Bring your own writing/office materials; We cannot supply pencils, pens, paper, staplers, tape, etc.
- Guests are not allowed; this reservation is for YOU alone
- No food allowed. Water only in a closed container.
- Look your best. It is advisable not to wear flip-flops or other excessively casual attire that might affect movement or detract from your performance.
- Be prepared to stay for the entire event; usually between 2 - 4 hours. Please do not sign up for a workshop if you will need to leave before the event has ended.
- DO NOT BE LATE; late arrivals will be denied admittance and will be restricted from the program for 6 months - no exceptions. Please be aware of traffic conditions to allow for travel time. Please do not show up at the event if you are running late as it disrupts the session. Failure to arrive on time or failure to attend without cancellation by midnight prior to the event will result in a six-month suspension of Casting Access attendance eligibility.
- Cancellations are required by midnight the night before an event. To cancel please go to www.sagfoundation.org and log in. You will see the event listed under Upcoming Events with the option to cancel. Online cancellations must be made no later than midnight prior to the event to avoid restriction. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations without such notice will result in restriction from workshops for a minimum of six (6) months.
THE WAITLIST:
If you have a space on the waitlist there is a good chance you will be seated. Please monitor your space on the waitlist. If you become unable to attend a workshop for which you have been waitlisted, please cancel your reservation. You are expected to be available if you are on the waitlist. You will receive an email confirming a seat if one becomes available. Walk-ins are not permitted.
