SYNOPSIS

In this workshop, Bob Kaliban will aid participants in developing character voices and applying them to a variety of commercial and animation voiceover copy. Come prepared to learn from a truly diverse NYC performer like Bob Kaliban!

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Bob Kaliban

Bob is an actor who has established a busy career on Broadway, motion pictures, radio, television, and has been seen and heard on thousands of commercials.  His voiceover credits include spots for M&M's, Burger King, Chips Ahoy, Doublemint Toys R' Us, Ty-D-Bol, Calgonite, and so much more. Bob has devoted many years of service to the Screen Actors Guild. He served on the Board for twenty years, as President of the local New York branch for two terms, and has been a member of the Board Trustees of the Pension & Health Plans for forty years. 

Bob likes to say that there are 5 stages of an actor's life characterized by the following questions: 1. Who is Bob Kaliban? 2. Get me Bob Kaliban! 3. Get me a "Bob Kaliban" type! 4. Get me young Bob Kaliban! 5. Who is Bob Kaliban? He has yet to reach this last stage in his career.
