Lorenzo Lamas is a gifted actor, director and singer, and is recognized as one of the world's most admired stars.

He is currently enjoying a huge success in the CBS # 1 daytime drama, "The Bold and The Beautiful" (playing 'Hector Ramirez' a Los Angeles firefighter and single father), which airs worldwide to enormous ratings, positioning him as one of the most popular international leading men.

Californian born and son of movie and stage star Arlene Dahl and the legendary Fernando Lamas, Lorenzo was educated at the Admiral Farragut Military Academy, where he developed the character and discipline that would benefit him the rest of his life.

During his 4 years at Farragut he became interested in athletics and lettered in wrestling and track. He was President of his Senior Class and 2nd in charge of a battalion of 300 cadets. He graduated with the intention of enrolling in the University of California to study veterinary medicine, however during the summer of that year, he visited his father on the set of Universal's "The Cheap Detective" and at this point decided to pursue a career in acting.

Lorenzo was 19 years old when he won the role of 'Tom' in the blockbuster film "Grease", co-starring with John Travolta and Olivia Newton John. Lorenzo co-starred in the night-time drama "Falcon Crest", which established him as a worldwide heartthrob.

He developed the action TV series "Renegade", with Steven Cannell and produced and directed some of the 100 episodes which aired for 5 years, both in America and foreign markets. He has directed and produced several independent movies, as well as appearing in over 50 feature films and TV shows.

He is actively working on his singing career, having already appeared in several major benefits and stage specials, proving his standing as a skilled singing talent.
