CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Meagan Lewis is an EMMY award winning casting director located in the Southeast. Along with her win for the HBO series TRUE DETECTIVE, she has been nominated for AMERICAN HORROR STORY and TREME. Prior to moving to down south she worked for Laray Mayfield in Los Angeles and for Pat Moran in Baltimore on the HBO series THE WIRE. Ms. Lewis then relocated to New Orleans to work on the David Simon/HBO series TREME and has continued to make her home in the Crescent City. She has recently worked on the casting for the feature films TWELVE YEARS A SLAVE, THE BIG SHORT, TRUMBO and MIDNIGHT SPECIAL as well as the mini-series remake of ROOTS.
