This class will include a Q&A and a cold theatrical reading session with an experienced casting professional.
CASTING DIRECTOR BIO
Pam Bouvier first began casting commercials, industrials and infomercials for spots like Nike, Adidas, Sears, VW, Bank of America, and Levi's directed by Gus Van Sant in Portland, Oregon in 1985. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1996, Pam has cast commercial spots for Taco Del Mar, LogMeIn, Multiple spots for Lowes, Petco, multiple spots for Wal-Mart, Coca Cola, Union Bank, multiple spots for Colgate, McDonalds and television promos for Pinocchio, Kangaroo Jack, Spiderman, Wild Hogs, Black Christmas and Underdog.
In the last ten years, Pam added film to her creative profile. While continuing to cast commercials for big box stores like Lowes, Pam has cast feature length films such as 'Americano' starring Selma Hayek, produced by Lisa Blok-Linson and directed by Matthew Demy, 'Spiders', produced by Nu Image Films, directed by Tibor Takacs and written by Joseph Farrugia starring Patrick Muldoon and Christa Campbell, 'Good Intentions' starring Luke Perry and LeAnn Rimes, 'The Butcher' starring Eric Roberts, Michael Ironside, and Robert Davi, 'The Way of War', starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and J.K. Simmons, 'Shark in Venice' starring Stephen Baldwin and Vanessa Johansson and 'Killer by Nature' starring Armand Assante and Ron Perlman.
Pam is very self-competitive and always maintains a healthy reach to try and find the perfect actor for the job in every role.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.
Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this workshop. Your last frequency-restricted class must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.
NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
