Synopsis
When broadcasting and streaming companies (NBC, ABC, CBS, BET, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Fox; etc.) want to "promote" the many programs they want you to watch, they put together a bunch of clips from a given program, add some music and sound effects and polish it off with a bit of voiceover to tie it all together. The finished product is called PROMO and in this workshop, you will get your promo on!
About our instructor
Joyce Castellanos worked for over25 years as an audio director/producer at NBC, Disney Channel, Warner Bros. Marketing and The WB Television Network. In addition to being a trained voice actor, she was a talent agent for two years, and has coached voiceover for more than17 years.
Joyce trains voiceover actors in the areas of promos, trailers, commercial, and narration both in studio and via Skype. Her passion for voiceover and broad experience keeps her on the cutting edge of the industry.
