SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.

Please prepare TWO film/TV scenes of two minutes in length or less. NO MONOLOGUES. All scenes should be dialogue between you and one other character only. Please bring copies for the reader to be chosen from the class. Ryan will choose which of the two scenes he wants to see you perform.


CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Ryan Bernard Tymensky works as a casting associate for one of the largest bi-coastal casting offices in the nation, Telsey and Company. They are currently casting multiple major television, film, and broadway projects. Ryan is a recent LA transplant, he relocated out here from NY in January to help build the LA branch. Past projects by Telsey and Company include: Grease Live!, Miss Sloane, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Focus, The Intern, Into The Woods, A Most Violent Year, and Ricky and the Flash. Some shows currently running on Broadyway that Telsey and Company cast are Hamilton, Wicked, Kinky Boots, The Color Purple, Waitress, and many more.


REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

Please note that the 90-day frequency restriction applies to this class. Your last frequency-restricted class must have taken place no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to this event to be eligible to register.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
