This class will include a Q&A with bi-coastal Casting Director David Guglielmo, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will prepare a scene assigned by the Casting Director within four days before the class.

ABOUT DAVID
DAVID GUGLIELMO is a producer, writer, director, and casting director based in NY and LA.
In five years he cast approximately 50 feature films, fast-tracking his induction into the prestigious Casting Society of America.
His titles include the highly acclaimed ensemble-piece THE STANDOFF AT SPARROW CREEK (TIFF Premiere), the crime drama SOUTH OF HEAVEN starring Jason Sudeikis, and the Venice Film Festival premiering RUN HIDE FIGHT.
As Head of Casting for the legendary horror brand, FANGORIA, he brought worldwide visibility to their slate with veteran actors such as Stephen Lang (VFW) and Guy Pearce (THE SEVENTH DAY) in starring roles.
For television, he recently completed THE PENDRAGON CYCLE, a seven-episode series which took him to Europe for an expansive international talent search.
His ability to work with actors and strong agency relationships make him a go-to Casting Director in the industry, but it’s his knowledge of film financing, development, production, and distribution which set him apart, and has been integral in his career as a Producer, which includes recent titles such as MUZZLE, an action/thriller starring Aaron Eckhart which spawned a sequel currently in production, and the festival and critical darling THE LAST STOP IN YUMA COUNTY. Next up, Guglielmo will be producing the Wayne Kramer thriller MY ONE AND ONLY, starring Lucy Hale.
As a writer/director, he made two back-to-back thrillers, NO WAY TO LIVE and HOSPITALITY, which were released one year apart to positive reviews and are available on all VOD platforms. His third film as director, the erotic thriller LOVE BOMB, is completed and will be released in November 2024.

NO LATE ARRIVALS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
Cancellations are required by the cancellation date listed above. Cancellation can only be made via the website. You cannot cancel your RSVP via email or phone. Those who have been seated by the start date are expected to comply. You must cancel your reservation before the start date if you cannot comply, or you will face a 90-day ineligibility period. DO NOT BE LATE. Check-in begins 15 minutes to the class start time. If you arrive after the start time, you will not be admitted and it will be counted as a no-show.
Attendance for the entirety of the class is required or it will be counted as a no-show.
