This class will include a Q&A with LA based casting professional Meghan Schuman, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from television.

Meghan Schuman began her career in casting in 2017 as part of the consulting team at Lionsgate, contributing to films such as 'Overboard,' 'Down a Dark Hall,' 'Robin Hood,' and 'The Spy Who Dumped Me.' In 2019, she transitioned to independent casting with Deborah Aquila and Tricia Wood, working on notable projects including 'CODA,' 'The Broken Hearts Gallery,' 'Cherry,' 'Small Engine Repair,' and 'The Tomorrow War,' as well as TV shows like 'Cruel Summer' for Freeform, 'Slugfest' for Quibi, and the pilot 'Delivery Girl,' which premiered at Sundance.
In 2020, Meghan joined Paramount Pictures as a casting executive, where she currently serves as the manager of casting for both Paramount Pictures and Paramount Animation. While there she’s been involved in overseeing the casting for projects like 'The Lost City of D,' 'Smile 2,' 'Babylon,' 'A Quiet Place: Day One,' 'Sonic 3,' 'Bob Marley: One Love,' 'Mean Girls,' and 'Gladiator 2.'
