This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Professional Emma Fleming, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from film or television.

BIO
Emma is a Los Angeles-based Casting Director whose recent projects include Bad Karaoke (currently in post-production), I Really Love My Husband (premiered at SXSW 2025), and Rats! (international premiere at Calgary Underground Film Festival 2024, followed by screenings at SIFF, Fantaspoa, and Fantasia). Rats! secured North American distribution through Yellow Veil Pictures, who also managed international sales, and began its theatrical run in February 2025.
Since 2019, Emma has worked as a Casting Associate to David Guglielmo on over 20 films. She is a Certified Meisner Teacher, having trained in the technique for over a decade and receiving her certification through Scott Troost in 2023. Emma also serves as the Casting Director and Contributing Producer for the international publication Schön! Magazine.
She is currently casting associate to David Guglielmo for the adaptation of Garth Ennis’s comic Crossed, as well as casting the coming-of-age drama Sickerville.
