This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Director Brent Hagata, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from film or television.

BIO

Brent has been in casting since 2012. He studied film at UC Santa Barbara and moved to Los Angeles after that. After a several year stint in representation, he made the switch into casting. Since getting his first job as an assistant, he has worked in both dramas and comedies such as Major Crimes, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Bosch and Hellraiser. He is currently working with Sibby Kirchgessner and Marlise Gunzenhauser where they have been working on 9-1-1: Lone Star. In addition to television work, he has been branching out to cast student films and independent shorts. In his free time, he enjoys movie nights with friends and then discussing those movies for days afterwards!
