This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Professional Jennifer Treadwell, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from film or television. Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.
ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Treadwell is ½ of Treadwell / Kelly Casting, a casting company she shares with Monica Kelly.
Prior to TKC, Jennifer received a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from The University of the Pacific. She continued to rise through the ranks in various casting offices including working as an associate for Krisha Bullock (Drake & Josh, iCarly, Victorious) and Ulrich Dawson Kritzer (UDK) (Witches of East End, Designated Survivor, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce and Ryan Murphy’s FEUD: Bette & Joan) etc.
Jennifer and Monica launched Treadwell/Kelly Casting in 2017. Together they have worked on a variety of genre and media from TV/Film/New Media/Commercial etc.
Recently, TKC’s film THE WRATH OF BECKY starring Lulu Wilson and Seann William Scott premiered on the big screen throughout the US and Canada! It is now available to rent or buy on demand and is the #1 horror movie on iTunes. It has earned a “certified fresh” status on Rotten Tomatoes.
Additionally, TKC’s film RESCUED BY RUBY starring Grant Gustin and Scott Wolf was #2 globally on Netflix after premiering in March 2022 and got an 88% on Rotten Tomatoes!
TKC has cast a few Christmas movies in the last two years as well…SNOWDAY: The Musical starring Michaela Russell, Ky Baldwin, Shelby Simmons and Jerry Trainor for Paramount+ & Nickelodeon. A CHRISTMAS MYSTERY for HBOMAX starring Violet McGraw, Beau Bridges, Oscar Nunez and Eddie Cibrian and WINE COUNTRY CHRISTMAS starring Sol Rodriguez, Josh Swickard, Omar Gooding, Eileen Davidson, Carly Jibson and Annika Noelle… both produced by ESX Productions for Warner Brothers.
