SYNOPSIS
This in-person class will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.
Participating actors will prepare and perform a scene assigned by the casting professional.
CHARLOTTE ARNOUX
Charlotte Arnoux, CSA, is a Brooklyn-based casting director, specializing in film and TV.
Recent casting credits include the feature films “Bunnylovr” (Dir: Katarina Zhu / Prod: Rachel Sennott, Official Competition at the ‘25 Sundance Film Festival); “The Feeling That The Time For Doing Something Has Passed” (Dir: Joanna Arnow / Prod: Sean Baker / 2023 Cannes Film Festival Directors’ Fortnight, steaming on Hulu); “Caddo Lake” (Dir: Celine Held and Logan George / Prod: M. Night Shyamalan, steaming on MAX); “The Starling Girl” (Dir: Laurel Parmet / Official Selection 2023 Sundance Film Festival and SXSW, streaming on Hulu); “Smoking Tigers” (Dir: So Young Shelly Yo / Official Selection 2023 Tribeca Film Festival, steaming on MAX); and “Silver Star” (starring Grace Van Dien). Her most recent feature film “Honeyjoon” (Dir: Lilian T. Mehrel) will premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival.
Short films Charlotte has cast have been featured at festivals including Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, Austin Film Festival, TriBeCa Film Festival, and many more. In addition, Charlotte played a crucial role in casting for the NETFLIX series “Grand Army.” She is a proud member of the Casting Society.
