This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Director Karri Miles, followed by a prepared work session.
Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform sides from film or television.

BIO
Karri Miles Granville, CSA is a Los Angeles–based casting director/associate casting director known for her keen eye, collaborative spirit, and ability to find actors who bring characters to life with depth and authenticity. She began her casting career in 2013 with an internship under Veronica Collins Rooney on the ABC pilot 'Betrayal,' where her dedication and work ethic quickly set her apart. Soon after, she was referred for—and secured—an Executive Casting Assistant position with Jessie Disla at ABC, diving headfirst into pilot season.
Karri went on to work with some of Hollywood’s most respected casting directors, including Eyde Belasco, Linda Lowy, Lisa Miller Katz, Carol Kritzer, Tim Payne, Marisol Roncali and Chelsea Bloch—mentors who shaped her approach to casting with their passion, precision, and advocacy for actors.
Her credits span high-profile television and film projects. Notable television work includes 'Transparent' (Amazon), '24: Legacy' (Fox), 'The Rookie' (ABC), 'The Unicorn' (CBS), 'Maggie' (Hulu), and 'Homestead' (Angel Studios). Feature film credits include 'Wrath of Man' (dir. Guy Ritchie), 'Blue Bayou' (dir. Justin Chon), 'Silent Night' (dir. John Woo), and 'Miss Juneteenth' (dir. Channing Godfrey Peoples) amongst others.
