This class will include a Q&A with LA based Casting Director Leslie Wasserman, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will prepare a scene assigned by the Casting Director several days before the class.

BIO

Leslie Wasserman is a casting professional for scripted film and television. She was the Casting Director for 'Togetherish' (Dir. Nikole Beckwith), series 'Barden' and 'Sarah Start a Pandemic', Short film ‘Our Place Together’ and Del Close documentary ‘For Madmen Only’ among others. Her recent work includes ‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ (AppleTV+), ‘Smile 2’ (Dir. Parker Finn), ‘Ballard’ (Amazon) and ‘Lost on a Mountain in Maine’ (Dir. Andrew Kightlinger). Wasserman also casts for the Sundance Lab’s Director’s Lab and is a proud member of the Casting Society of America and the Teamsters Negotiating Committee.
