SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A with NY based casting professional, Joe Piserchio, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform scenes from film or television.  Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.

ABOUT JOE

Joe Piserchio is on the team at Stephanie Klapper Casting.  He began his casting career as an intern for Pat McCorkle and the rest of the team at McCorkle Casting. At McCorkle Casting, Joe worked on projects for George Street Playhouse, Barrington Stage Company, CATF, and more! Joe then interned for Judy Bowman Casting, before joining as a Casting Assistant! With Judy Bowman Casting, he worked on projects for Dorset Theatre Festival, Cleveland Playhouse, Arizona Theatre Company, Kitchen Theatre, Sharon Playhouse, McCarter Theatre Center and more. Joe also worked on a few short films with Judy and assisted on the Hallmark Mystery Movie “Redemption in Cherry Springs”. He was most recently the Casting Coordinator for Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota, FL.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
