SYNOPSIS

This class will include a Q&A with New York based casting professional David Bellatoni, followed by a prepared work session. 

Participating actors will choose, prepare and perform monologue of their choice from film, television or theatre.  Additional preparation details will be sent upon RSVP confirmation.

ABOUT DAVID

Based in New York City, David is a veteran casting director with more than 25 years of experience in both New York and Los Angeles. Throughout his career, he has cast commercials, voice-overs, industrials, Off-Broadway productions, and independent films. For six seasons, David served as a resident playwright and director with the Network Theater Company, where his original works earned more than a dozen awards for writing, directing, and performance. His film credits include writer, producer, director, actor, music supervisor, and prop master. His projects have screened at festivals across the United States and internationally, receiving multiple awards and securing distribution on multiple platforms. In addition to his industry work, David teaches on-camera acting at Pace University and has also taught and guest lectured at several prestigious acting programs and conservatories. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
